These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the BrandBeat Design website and services. By requesting a quote, placing an order, or using our website, you agree to these terms.
BrandBeat Design provides Amazon listing image design, A+ Content design, seller logo design, product label design, storefront design, and brand story design services. Exact deliverables and timelines are agreed upon per project.
We offer revisions on all design work until you are satisfied, within the scope agreed at the start of the project. Requests that fall outside the original scope may be treated as a new project.
Payment terms are agreed upon before work begins. Final files are delivered once payment has been received in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final delivered designs transfers to the client for use on their Amazon listing and related marketing. BrandBeat Design retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
We design in accordance with Amazon's current guidelines to the best of our knowledge; however, clients are responsible for final review and approval before publishing to their live listing.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
